Small group training after pregnancy
The fastest route to full recovery
In 2023, we start with the Small Group Training at Mothers in Motion. An intensive class with 3 to 5 people that combines the energy and sociability of a group class with the individual and specialist guidance of personal training. You train safely and effectively. In about three months, you'll feel fit and confident and ready to fully enjoy your newborn!

Do you want to be able to exercise again carefree after giving birth? Regain confidence in your body and enjoy motherhood complaintfree and with energy? With this intensive programme, we will help you 'back in motion' within about three months!
When it comes to training, it turns out that young mothers really need time flexibility and specific, tailor-made professional training. Especially immediately (6 weeks) after giving birth in their maternity leave or when they go back to work. To make progress, you actually need to train at least twice a week. And to prevent damage and to properly address any 'weak spots', specialist guidance is necessary.
Therefore we now offer a new subscription type, including small group training with a maximum of 5 women in a group with your own personalized training schedule and our expert guidance. You are welcome to bring your baby to the training.
