I attended "Mothers in Motion" prenatal training classes last summer and autumn and I definitely recommend them!
Stephanie, the trainer is a physiotherapist specialized in plevic floor treatment and manual therapy so each mama to be is followed up with great care and focus on their needs. When you start you get a great "inspection - analyses" of your body with individual tips and preventive treatment so your body can stay in balance the entire pregnancy. She teaches you all about the abdominal muscles that you DO NEED to use in a certain way during your pregnancy to prevent any damage of diastasis. The lessons are great and in English! We never had a dull moment, the exercises vary everytime and they are intense but in a good effective way. With good weather we were outdoors and with bad weather she has a nice facility so we could sport indoors as well.
