We renewed our fitness & group lessons schedule and added some new, specialised postnatal work outs.

Functional Core-HIT-Circuit is a training for all of our sport members, male and female who want to be challenged qua strenth and condition in an inspirational way! It's a moderate till intense training of the whole body using funcitonal movement.  It can be done in a groep fasion or circuit.  We will challenge your conditonal capacity by using HIT intevals and exposive but controled movements.  If you are a postnatal mother and would like to join, just check with one of our instructors as to see if you are ready for it!  

Post core & more is a training for young mothers, from 6 weeks until 1 year after delivery. This is special training for the core, legs and upper back to get you back in shape in a safe way without irritationg the belly with diastases. There is no jumping are high intensity exercises. It is low impact and a great way to get back in shape. There is a lot of attention for the abdominals, pelvic floor and upper back / neck muscles.  Since these are alwyas the most over strained postnatal. 

MATLEAVE MOTHERS A short abdomial special, especially for young mothers still in their maternity leave. (Starting from 6 weeks after delivery)  This 30 min attention of the abdominals is a great start up for waking up the abs together with other mom's.  Extra attention for Abs!
