Running is a great effective and efficient way to exercise as also it frees your mind of busy motherhood life! After giving birth and taking it easy for the first 12 weeks usually, you are then ready in your mind to start running again... But is your post-natal body ready for running?

'Back to Run Quick-Check' -  Is your body ready to run after delivery? 

Even starting slow with an app does not always give you the proper insights, tips and training that your body needs. Running is great, but also the number one sport with injuries. It looks easy but without the proper technique and creating the right muscle conditions many woman get complaints soon after starting. 

Mothers in Motion wants to help new moms get back to running in a safe, effective way. We want to prevent symptoms of incontinence, pain and/or prolapses in the pelvic area. This is why this Holiday Season, the coming 3 Saturdays in December (7th, 14th and the 21st) we offer a FREE 'Back to Run Quick-Check'. After the check we will discuss the possibilities of what you need and how to get back to running & back in shape again! We are open for our 'Back to Run Quick-Check' from 11.30-13.00h. There are limited spots available for this check-up.
